The founder

Manny Ruiz is a retired U.S. Army Sergeant First Class (SFC, Ret. 2016) and Senior All-Source Intelligence Analyst. After military retirement he worked the dealer side of the desk — sales floor through sales manager — before founding Real Talk Media Group.

Manny is bilingual (English and Spanish, DLPT 3/3) and first-generation Latino. He is currently employed as a Senior Sales Professional and Trainer at Jimmy Britt Chevrolet GMC. That is disclosed on every article. Real Talk operates a strict editorial wall between this employment and Real Talk’s editorial coverage.

The doctrine

Real Talk Media Group LLC does not accept dealer, manufacturer, F&I vendor, or captive lender advertising, sponsorship, or referral revenue. Ever. This is a locked policy — not a marketing claim.

Revenue comes exclusively from consumers who pay for the $49 Out-the-Door Audit and readers who subscribe to future paid research. That structure is the point: our incentives are structurally aligned with buyers, not sellers.

The method

Every article is checked against primary sources before it publishes. Automated tests validate structure, statute format, numeric accuracy, and bilingual parity. A failed test blocks publish. There is no override.
